Howdy! I am Ray Lopez. I moved into the Grape Creek school district in the summer of 2008 from Menard, Texas. During my final semesters at ASU, I completed my classroom observations and student teaching here at the middle school. My teaching career started in the elementary as a paraprofessional. Then, I was moved back up to the middle school in 2013 to be a Horticulture, Health, and Gifted and Talented teacher. In 2015, we added our Introduction and Principles of Agriculture classes for our middle school students. To this day, I teach Horticulture, Introduction to Agriculture, Principles of Agriculture, and Gifted and Talented. When I'm not busy working, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and working on the ranch.
